Extensive Ranch Sold. ' Special to The Tribune. VERNAL, July 12. Louis Kabell, Sr., has just completed one of the largest real estate and cattle deals In months in the Ashley valley. He has sold his Improved ranch of 27S acres, 25ii0 head of sheep and 200 head of cattle, together will all his cattle permits and other holdings, to Joseph Jo-seph Johnson, for $38,000. It Is understood under-stood that Mr. Johnson has already sold the sheep to John H. Reader, who will add them to his numerous flocks. Mr. Johnson plans on retaining the cattle and will enter extensively into the cattle business. Mr. Kabell has lived here for thirty-five years and will .now make his home with his son In Evanston, Wyo.
