Prom reliable sources Information has been received proving that tremendous punishment was inflicted upon the German fleet in the naval battle off Jutlnml. Tho following fifteen warships are repairing in various shipyards: The dreadnoughts Koenlg, Grosser Kurfurst. Markgraf, Kniserin, Kaiser; the older battleships Rhelnland. Hessen; the battle cruisers Seydlltz, Moltke, Stettin, Stet-tin, Koln and Franltfuert. It is also stated that the Stuttgart and Munchen are repairing, but no confirmation confirma-tion of this can he obtained. Every one of these vessels was more or less battered. It will be months before be-fore most, if any, of them will be ready to seek another such "victory." |
