Show SUMMER STUDENTS WILL CLIMB TO "U" Fridav night students of the Univer- sity of Xltah summer school will take a climb to the big "U" on the hillside. The walk will bo taken at just the right time in the evening for the etu- : dents to arrive at the "U" in time to see the sun set over the lake to the west and the moon rise over the Wasatch Wa-satch range. Music, readings and historical his-torical talks will form the programme, which the students have arranged. The excursion up Emigration canyon : on Saturday will be the last trip of the term. Cars will leave the Emigra-: tion canyon station at frequent inter- j vals throughout the day. Practically; the entire summer school population, in j addition to friends, are expected to take ; the trip. - ; Tonight Professor Maud May Babcock j will read the comedy, "As You Like! It." The reading, which is open to the j public, will begin at 8:15 o'clock. Today at noon Professor Elbert I Thomas will discuss the "Oriental' Drama" as a part of the series of dramatic dra-matic lectures, which are being conducted conduct-ed at the institution during the summer sum-mer course. |
