Show B. Y. U. CROSS-COUNTRY RUN ON WEDNESDAY Special to The Tribune. PROYO, Nov. 20. On Wednesday forenoon following tho Thanksgiving exercises in College h;ill, tbc annual H. Y. U. cross-country run will be hold. The course is a little longer than three miles over the following route: Starting Start-ing at the stone gate at the southwest corner of the campus, north on Acad emy avenue tu the end of the avenue, thenrn west to Fifth West street, south on Fifth West to Fifth South, east to Academy avenue nud north on Academy Acad-emy avenue to the campus. The class gaining the greater number of points will he awarded a Thanksgiving turkey. tur-key. The winner of the first prize will ! receive the Or. Morrill trophy cup and a gold medal; winners of second and third places will also rcceeive medals, and ribbons will he awarded to the winners of fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth places. Points for tho class contest will be given for all who make the run in forty minutes , or better. Tho time limit on which other awards are baed is thirty minutes. |
