Show TALE OP "FRISKING" IS TOLD TO POLICE D. A. Gould, a laborer in the employ of Raleigh & JIarmon, went to the police po-lice station late Friday night and stated that ho had had his gold watch stolen by a strange Mexican while talking with a riend on tho corner of First South and West Temple streets. Gould claims to have been talking with n friend whon tho Mexican stopped up to listen to the conversation, conversa-tion, lifted the watch out of his pocket, undid tho chain, placed the chain back-in back-in the pocket and walked off with the watch, without Gould knowing anything any-thing about the transaction. Gould stated at tho station that he was sober at tho timo. |
