Show , NOTICE, Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Jake City of the intention inten-tion of such council to make the following follow-ing described Improvement, to wit: To grade, gutter and curb with cement, and lay cement sidewalk four (1) feet wide and four (4" inches thick. Dunbar street between First South and Second South streets. In Paving District No. 27, and defray the abbutters' portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at two thousand eight hundred thlrtv-eight ($28n8.00) dollars, or two and 15-100 "(?2.1o) dollar.- pt;r front foot or linear foot abutting said Improvements, there being 1320 feet of abutting property, by a local assessment assess-ment upon the lots or pieces of ground within tho following described district, being the district to be affected and benefited bene-fited by said improvement, namely: Ths west side of lots 1. C. 7 and 8, and the cast aide of lots 2. f;, 4 and 5, block 56. plat B, Salt Lake City survey. sur-vey. Tho total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at three thousand one hundred hun-dred twenty-four and 44-100 ($3124.41) dollars, of which sum tho city's portion Is two hundred elghty-ulx and 44-100 (S2813.44) dollars, leaving two thousand eight hundred thirty-eight (5283S.00) dollars dol-lars to be raised by local assessment. All protests and objections to the carrying carry-ing out of such Intention must be presented pre-sented In writing to the City Recorder on or before the 2fith day of July, 1909. be-In be-In the time set by said council when it will hear and consider such protests and objections as may bo made thereto.
