Marsha, judge of tho district court of the United States for the District of Utah: Charles II. Kraft of Salt Lake City, in the county of Salt Lake and slate of Utah, In said district, respectfully represents repre-sents that on the 2I!rd day of July last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt under the nets of congress relating to bankruptcy; that he has duly surrendered all his property and rights of property, and has fully complied with all the requirements re-quirements of said acts and of the orders of the court touching his bankruptcy. Where fori ho prays that ho nuiy be decreed by tho court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against his estate under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge.
