This Is the bank, which in the previous pre-vious hearings, alleged that It received the note forged by N'eal. by use of Swain's name. The action of the bank forces the state to desist further prohlng of this case, and County Attorney Mc-Carly Mc-Carly says he wJll proceed with sonic of the other several indictments against the bank forger. There is a rumor here that the attention atten-tion of the national treasury offlulnls will be colled to the attitude of the. Omaha bank in refusing to appear and testify us to what Its Institution had to do with the accused banker in Idaho, and why they ceased responding lo a summons, responsive to an Idaho court, bnsod on a grand Jury finding. |
