Show PROVO NEWS NOTES 1 Special to The Tribune. PROVO, July 0. Arthur J. Mono, the Salt Lake paperhanger, was placed on trial today in the district court on a statutory charge, alleged to have been committed with Mrs. C. II. Moore. The couple were arrested at the Lamar rooming room-ing house, whore they had registered as A. J. Lesser and wife, June 2?.. On direct di-rect examination, Mi's. Moore denied that any criminal act had taken place between be-tween herself 'and Morro. She said she had become acquainted with Morro about "three weeks before coming to Provo. She was then a chambermaid at the Manltou hotel. Mrs. Moore denied that she told County Attorney livans and Sheriff Judd that Improper relations had been sustained sus-tained at the Lamar house in Provo. F. P. Forbes and Daniel Larkln, who were charged with burglarizing the warehouse ware-house of C. F. Decker on May 31, havo both been convicted In the district court of burglary in the second degree. Sentence Sen-tence will bo passed Saturday. There Is talk of extending the Piovo-Olmstead Piovo-Olmstead boulevard to Springville. Miss Alma L.
