DANA T. SMITH GIVES UP JUDICIAL ROBES Changes In tlio Justices' courts of the city took place Monday. Dana. T. Smith, who lias been justice of the pence for four terms, retired from office at noon and turned over all the official business busi-ness lo the newly-elected justice, Stanley Stan-ley A. Hunks, who is to have offices in tho Atlas building. Justice Smith, during his four vcars of service, had -1000 eases filed in his court. Mr. Smith will keep his usual offices on the top lloor of the Commercial, bunk building, where he will practice law. Justice Hanks will hold court Just as soon as he-gels documents and books arranged for the business. Justice R M. Bishop started Mondav on his sixth term of office, and friends called upon him to oxtond congratulations.
