OCR Text	Show Ncwhouse Social. Special to Tho Tribune. NEWHOUSE, Jan. 4 Mr. and Mrs. A. D. White entertained at high five Thursday Thurs-day evening, December 31 Tho ladles' first prize was won by Miss V. I-Iorn- buckle, and the second by Mrs. T, R. "Drummond. The gentlemen's first prlzo was won by A, Cochrane, and tho second by J. W. Cook. After having a bounteois repast, they all adjourned to the opera house, where a danco was given for tho guests, who numbered twenty-eight. All expressed themselves as having had a pleasant tlrnu and voted It the event of tho season.
