NOTICE. Notice 13 hereby given by the citv coun-ell coun-ell of Salt Lake City of the Intention of such council to make the following de-scribed de-scribed Improvement, to-wlt: To grnde. and pave with asphalt two roadways (said asphalt pavement on oach 1 of cald roadways to bo twenty-four (24) feet wide and nine and one-half (Si) inches thick), with a twenty-four (24) foot park between, on Seventh East I street between South Temple and Third South ff.reets, In paving district No. 27, and defray the abutters' portion of tho cost and expense thereof, estimated at thirty thousand two hundred and ninety-four ninety-four ' ($30,294.00) dollars, or seven and G5-100 ($7.65) dollars per front foot of abutting property, there being 3960 feet abutting said Improvement, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground within tho following described district, being the district to be effected and benefited by said improvement. namely: Tho cast Bide of loLs 1. 6. 7 and 8, block GO; the east side of lots 1 and 8. block 53; the cast side of lots 1, G, 7 and 8, block 46; tho west side of lots 4 and 5, block 59; the west side of lots 2. 3, 4 and 5. block 54, the west side of iota I and 5. block 45. all in plat "B," Salt Lako City survey. The total cost of said Improvement is estimated at thirty-two thousand ona hundred fifty-four and 9S-100 ($32,154.98) dollars, of which sum the city's portion Is ono thousand eight hundred sixty and 9S-100 (S1S60.9S) dollars, leaving thirty thousand two hundred and ninety-four ($30,294.00) dollats to bo raised by local assessment. 1 All protests and objections to tho carry-ing carry-ing out of such Intention must bo pre-sented pre-sented In writing to tho City Recorder on or before the 21st day of December, 190?. being the time set by sad council wnen fl It will hear and consldor such protests and objections ns may bo mado theroto. 1 By order of tho city council of Salt Lake City.
