The purposo of the proposal lies entlre-Iv entlre-Iv In that the properties wre held and o'perated under lease. The company was organized a year ago. to operate tho claims in Goldllcld and obtained a lease for one vcar. The lease cannot bo renewed, re-newed, hence tho dissolution. The girls have reaned a harvest In ono year of 13000 on an Investment of 5150.
