When her fathor called upon her at the prison today he announced that her mother was thinking think-ing of coming hcro from Wnshlntgon to be present noxt Monday. "I'll never consent to have mamma come here and sec mo behind prison bars and In the courtroom on trial for murder " sho told her father. "I hope you will Induce In-duce her to stny In Washington. Sho could not help mo by coming here, and tho trial might upset her dreadfully Please tell her to stay at home." Miss Patterson's father goes to Washington Wash-ington tonight to spend Sunday with his family there. |
