Show Therapy Group Adds Dietitian Therapy Services. Inc.. announces the addition of Nancy Denton, registered dietitian to their staff. Mrs. Denton De-nton will teach the dietetics portion of "Why Weight," a program for weight control and cardiovascular fitness based on nutritional, calorie-limited eating and regular aerobic exercise. ex-ercise. DENTON'S approach to meal planning compliments the program's established goal of training participants to make sensible eating and regular regu-lar exercise part of their lifestyles. lifes-tyles. "We aren't trying for dramatic, overnight weight losses." she says. "What we want is for the participants to develop habits which will make steady, gradual weight loss a process that will con tinue even after they finish the course." Moderate aerobic exercise is an important part of the weight loss program.
