They are the parents of one son and one daughter, Thomas Richard (Linda) Burningham, and Janice (C.Hal) Burningham Goodfellow; eight grandchildren grandchil-dren and two greatgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, kj The children of Lloyd and Ruth Burningham are hosting an open house in honor of their parents 50th wedding anniversary anniver-sary to be held June 6 from 4-6 p.m. at the Bountiful Fourth Ward, 102 E. 1400 S Bountiful. Bounti-ful. Friends and relatives are invited, no gifts please. LLOYD WAS born Oct. 4. 1909 in Bountiful, a son of Irvin and Mary Zesiger Burningham. Burn-ingham. He has been a Davis County farmer and designed the fruit and vegetable displays at the state fairs. He has won many blue ribbons. He was a student at the old Stoker School in Bountiful and graduated gradu-ated from Davis High School. Ruth was born May 16, 1911 in Salt Lake City a daughter of Thomas and Virt Squires. She graduated from East High School and LDS Business College. Col-lege. She has been active in civic affairs in Davis County. She loves to send greeting cards to her friends and has sent more than 5 ,000 greetings. She is interested in politics and served as chief deputy and treasurer of Davis County and eight years as deputy in the state treasurer's office at the stale capitol. BOTH CAN be seen almost every day at the Golden Years Center where they enjoy the lunches and visiting with their |
