Show I Rites Held For I Earl F. Hanson in k& - - A A v - "V i i&M Mm lAmmmimSt School and graduated from the U. of U. in 1925. He was chief geologist at Tintic Standard Mining Co. from 1925-1948. He assisted in developing the Eureka Lilly, North Lilly and Eureka Standard Mines. Mr. Hanson joined the Utah Construction Co. in 1948 as resident re-sident engineer in Cedar City. From this time until his death he investigated practically every ev-ery known iron ore deposit in Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, Ari-zona, New Mexico, Canada, Virginia and West Virginia. He supervised the development and mining operations at Iron Mountain and Iron Springs and was actively engaged with property negotiations, water rights and mineral exploration. HE WAS active in the Cen-terville Cen-terville LDS First Ward and served on the town council. He is survived by his wife, Emma; two sons, Earl F., Geneva, III. and Richard W., Sandy, Ut.; four grandchildren; grandchil-dren; a sister, Gladys Milne, Spring Valley, Calif. FUNERAL SERVICES will be held May 29 in the Lind-quist Lind-quist Bountiful Chapel. Interment Inter-ment in Centerville City Cemetery. EARL F. HANSON Earl F. Hanson, 78, Centerville, Center-ville, passed away May 26, 198 1 at Bountiful. He was born August 22, 1902 in Bountiful, the son of Edwin L. and Rosct-ta Rosct-ta L. Hanson. He married Emma Ford Dec. 21, 1927 in Centerville. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. HE ATTENDED LDS High |
