Joleen and her husband. Mark, live in Birmingham, Ala. COLLEEN LIKES to sew and has been active in her Relief Re-lief Society. During the summer sum-mer she spends a lot of time in her garden. He husband. Joe. has been a volunteer fireman in Farmington for many years and is employed in the Davis County Courthouse. Eula Barnett, who made the Italian Macaroni Supper, has been a long resident of Farmington Farm-ington and is married to Louis Barnett who has worked in the city council and on the planning plan-ning commission for manyj years. They have two daughters, daugh-ters, Adelle Barnett. a teacher at Davis High and Barbara Frederick who lives with her husband and two sons in Memphis, Mem-phis, Tenn. Eula works in genealogy. There is sour cream in the dish with seasonings and two kinds of cheese, making a delicious combination of ingredients ing-redients for this dish. ': made by Eula Barnett, both the ladies are members of the : : : Farmington Literary Guild ' who are sharing their favorite recipes, after a fun tasting : party. SPINACH AND SPAGHETTI .: I-10 oz. pkg. frozen chop-ped chop-ped spinach I beaten egg . . : cup dairy sour cream ; V cup milk . 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese. grated . : 2 Tsp. minced dried onion i ': tsp. salt dash of pepper : 2 cups Monterey Jack " ; cheese, grated : 2 cups cooked spaghetti. '- - well drained : . 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan ; : cheese COOK THE spinach according to package directions direc-tions and drain well. Combine the beaten egg. sour cream, milk, the first 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Add the Monterey Jack cheese and mix well. Add the drained spinach and spaghetti, mixing well and turn the mixture into . an ungreased 10x6x2 inch bak ing dish. Sprinkle the other 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese over alt and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for another 1 5 minutes, or until well heated. Serves six. ITALIAN MACARONI SUPPER 2 cups small macaroni 1 pint whole tomatoes 1-10 oz. can tomato soup I lb. ground beef I medium onion, chopped cup celery, chopped V cut green pepper, chopped 1 cup grated cheddar cheese COOK THE macaroni according to directions and drain well. Fry beef until browned with the onions, celery cel-ery and green pepper, add beef to macaroni and remaining ing-redients, ing-redients, except cheese. Sprinkle the grated cheese over all and bake at 350 degrees de-grees from 30-40 minutes. This amount should be baked in a two quart casserole. Serves 6-8. 6-8. This is always an outstanding out-standing evening for all the members, who love to taste the many delicious foods.
