Show Will Compete In Teenworld Pageant I ,- II -: "i I-. V 7 j Miss Lauri Knight, age 17, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin G. Knight of Bountiful, has been selected for competition competi-tion in the state finals of the 1981 Teenworld Pageant to be held at the Four Seasons Motel and Convention Center June 13. MISS KNIGHT is sponsored by Bountiful car dealers: Men-love Men-love Dodge Toyota. Marion Willey and Son and Bountiful Motors; also McDonalds of Bountiful. She is a student at Bountiful High School where she served as junior class vice president . a member of the Flag Corps, member of the concert choir and PTSA representative. She was a home room representative representa-tive and on the junior committee. commit-tee. She was a member of a mixed ensemble that went to a state competition at BYU, taking tak-ing a superior rating. She is a fourth year French student planning to go to Europe after she graduates to continue her studies in that language. She is LAURI KNIGHT dy striper and for the next year w ill be the president of the Flag Corps and a member of Xela, a singing group consisting of specially selected girls. involved in church activities and is presently serving as a counselor in her Laurel class. HER HOBBIES include snow and water skiing, horseback horse-back riding, swimming and collecting memoirs for her scrapbook. She works weekly at Lakeview Hospital as a can- |
