Newman of 1227 S. 1300 E., Bountiful, announce the wedding wed-ding of their daughter Kris-tine Kris-tine to David S. Day. DAVID is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mel Day of 1396 North Sereno Circle. The couple was married March 19 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple with President John K. Edmunds performing the rites. THE bridegroom's parents hosted a wedding breakfast at Log Haven. They were further honored at a reception at the Eldredge House. The bride wore a gown of white embroidered organza with ruffles at the neckline and hem. It featured a long train. She wore a veil edged in Venetian lace and carried a bouquet of roses, stephanotis and baby breath. JULlt Newman was maid of honor with Laura Newman and Amy Newman, all sisters of the bride, as bridesmaids. They wore gowns of beige ruffled tiered and trimmed with lace. Flowers were blue and white roses and carnations. carna-tions. Mothers wore blue dresses and wore corsages of yellow roses and baby breath. ASSISTING at the guest book was Debbie Hermanson who also wore a gown identical iden-tical to the bridesmaids'. Greg Day performed best man duties with Doug Day, Ken Newman, George Newman New-man and Brown Maloney as ushers. PRENUPTIAL parties were given by Lisa Kurtz, Shirley Barnson, Trudie Downs, Marcie Downs, Janet Bur-ningham, Bur-ningham, Debbie Hermanson, Sandy Oliver, Carlene Stuart, Jean Gadd, Nancy Stuart, Joan Hudson and Linda Riley. The bride has attended Weber State and the University Univer-sity of Utah. The bridegroom has attended Weber State College. AFTER A honeymoon trip to Las Vegas they will make their home in Bountiful. |
