Show Sorensen Rites Olga Marie Madsen Soren-sen, Soren-sen, age 74, of 3534 South 50 West, died March 26, 1976 at a Salt Lake hospital of cancer. SHE WAS born January 21, 1902 at Esbjerg, Denmark. Married Christain Sorensen April 27, 1929 at Waukegan, 111. Marriage solemnized in 1954 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Survivors Include her husband hus-band of Bountiful, two sisters, Kristine Lund and Helga Dahl, both of Denmark. FUNERAL services were held March 30, 1976 In the Val Verda 7th Ward Chapel with Bishop Douglas Sonntag conducting. con-ducting. Services included family prayer, Bishop H. Bryce Montgomery; prelude and postlude music, Mary Ann Watson; invocation, Roland Kaiser; remarks, Bishop Douglas Sonntag. POEM, Kit Greenwell; a women's double quartet sang , . ) I , 1 OLGA SORENSEN "O My Father"; speakers, Bishop Douglas F. Sonntag, President John K. Edmunds; vocal solo by Steven L. Nielsen, Niel-sen, "I Wonder When He Comes Again," and the women's double quartet, "Not Now But in the Coming Years." Benediction was by Robert Anderson. Harris Bemhisel dedicated the grave. Interment was in the Bountiful Memorial Park. PALLBEARERS were Benny Hansen, Lloyd Barlow, Garth Peterson, Wilford Barlow, Ron Greenwell and Gary Peterson. Honorary pallbearers were Larry Sorensen and Robert Sorensen. THE VAL Verda Seventh Ward Relief Society cared for the flowers. |
