Perry celebrated thier 50th wedding anniversary an-niversary Sunday, May 10 at their home in Provo at a family dinner. The couple was married May 19, 1931 in the Salt Lake Temple by George F. Richards. Chrystal Woodruff Perry was born Aug. 16, 1911. She received her schooling in Vernal and graduated from Uintah High School. She was a promoter of 411 club work and served in various church organizations. She served in MIA for 27 years and was the first stake president of MIA in Ashley Stake. She also served on the Stake Sunday School board. She was a member of the Cultural Arts Club and the Yesharah Club of Provo. She worked for the Uintah School District for 22 years as school secretary. Arnold was born in Ferron. Oct. 29. 1900. He received his schooling in Ferron and Vernal He served a mission in his youth for the LDSCfe-. in the Western States mission in 13 He has served in many church positj such as superintendent of the Safc. School and MIA. He filled a ?2 mission in 194849. He is a fanner, stock raiser e' carpenter, helping to build vi chapels. He worked for the Vri School District for 23 years. The Perry's served a rr,lst ' together at the London Ecg:':-Temple Ecg:':-Temple in 1969-71.
