DeLANCE TERRY DeLance Terry, Trudie Clark exchange vows in double-ring rite in a white satin gown with a lace overlay skirt featuring matching scallops down the front and around the bottom. The twinkle satin belled sleeves slee-ves had matching lace cuffs and the twinkle satin train pleated from the waist with matching applique lace. The U neck was also trimmed with applique lace, and imitation im-itation pearls accented the cuffs and waist. The fingertip finger-tip veil was also trimmed with matching lace, The dress and veil (which were designed and made by the bride's mother) featured an empire waist line In front which dropped to the waist in back into an A-line skirt She carried a cascade of pink carnations car-nations and red rosebuds tied with a big white bow. The bridal attendants wore long red dotted swiss dresses with fitted waist line falling Into full gored skirts and with big ruffly collars and red velvet vel-vet belts. Each carried one single red rose surrounded with baby breath. Mrs. Paula Porter was matron mat-ron of honor; and Mrs. Clark (Christine) Nellson, Mrs. Harold Har-old (Bonnie) Durrant, and Miss Linda Baldwin were attendants. at-tendants. Mrs. Paul (Sharon) Nelson was at the guest book. Mical "J" Terry was best man and the ushering was done by Randy Terry, Leon Clark and Brent Clark. Mrs. Clark and Mrs, Terry wore floor-length A-line dresses dres-ses of pink dotted swiss with a ruffle at the neck and at the sleeves. They had pink carnation and red rose bud corsages. The bride chose a lavender and white stripped A-line dress with a U neck and short sleeves for her going a-way a-way costume. The newlyweds spent two weeks touring the Pacific Northwest States and British Columbia. Prior to the wedding the bride was honored at a shower show-er given by the lady employees em-ployees of the State Bank of Southern Utah and by Paula Porter and Sharon Nelson. Miss Trudie Clark and M. DeLance Terry exchanged vows May 27 in the Cedar Stake House. President Eldon W. Schmutz officiated at the double-ring ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Albert S. Clark of Cedar City are parents of the bride and Mr. and Mrs. Merrill H. Terry, Enterprise, are the bridegroom's parents. The Stake House was also the setting for the reception which honored the newlyweds that evening and for the wedding wed-ding dinner given by the Tcrrys. The bride greeted her guests |
