Lester Shurtliff of Overton; Mr. i'and Mrs. Jack Mathis of Lund. ; were all visitors at the home of I' their mother. Mrs. Ethel Simp-kins Simp-kins on Tuesday. Mr. and Mi's. Nelson remained over the week. . Mr. and Mrs. Mason Price and j Mrs. Belle Price are here visiting, j : John I. Pace has put up a new building on main street west of Lund's store. He will be ready soon to take care of the public need for a place to get a meal in i a hurry. This is something Enter-uprise Enter-uprise has felt the need of for a long time. A rodeo and home-coming event has been planned for Enterprise for September 1. 2. and 3. The men folks of the town are preparing pre-paring for the occasion by letting their boards grow. Mr. and Mrs. Lafayette Terry j and Mrs. Chester Graff and sons, Wesley and Montell, are visitors i at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Terry. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Swnpp have returned from Kanab bringing with them two of their grandchildren, grand-children, Beth and Do Lynn Shum-way. Shum-way. "Uncle" Elias Hunt is here visiting visit-ing with his children. William Bamum, who has been in the hospital in Salt Lake for several weeks, is reported to bo improving. Mrs. Jane Bnrnum of Las Vegas is visiting with her daughter, Mrs. Amos Hunt. |
