Show Leeds "! Mrs. Lizzie McQuaid I, Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Scarlett, and J daughter, Norma Lee, returned 4 Sunday after a month's traveling in the east and visiting their home town of Safford, Ariz. The Wednesday evening outing at Oak Grove sponsored by the HI MIA. was enjoyed by a large crowd. All are unanamous in vot-jjj vot-jjj ing it a success. The ball game Thursday between be-tween the town boys and Spring-dale Spring-dale was won by the local team. The score was 18-4 and the game j played here Sunday between the ;j Hurricane and Leeds boys was an-;i an-;i other decisive victory for the i Leeds boys with a score of 13-2. j A number of children from here I. were baptised at the baptismal j services at the St. George Temple. Mrs. John Ross of Warner, Alberta, Al-berta, Canada, is here visiting her m sister, Mrs. R. C. Savage. Mr. and Mrs. John Parker of Joseph, Utah, are here looking after their farm. The Misses Ruth and Ruby Savage entertained the younger set at a social Monday night. Mrs. Frank Hartley is in Washington Wash-ington with her mother, Mrs. Joseph Jolley. Mr. and Mrs. S. A.
