Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Office of State Engineer. Salt Lake Cky, Utah, July 13, 1938. Notice is hereby given that Charles F. Foster Jr., St. George, Utah, has made Application In accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.01 sec. ft. (4.5 g.p.m.) of water from Dodge spring in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from i January 1 to December 31, inclusive in-clusive of each year, at the point of issuance of said spring located 1 N. 30-10 ft. and W. 2534 ft. from the SE cor. of Sec. 7, T. 40 S R. 19 W., SLB & M. The water will be conveyed by a two-Inch pipe 20 ft. to two wooden troughs and there used to water 200 head of cattle. Any water not consumed consum-ed by such use will be returned to Its natural channel at a point S. 17W. 20 ft. from the spring. This Application Is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12714. All protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made In affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys. State Engineer 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City!
