Show Gunlock Mrs. Lee V. Leavitt Reporter Miss Rowena Truman of Enterprise Enter-prise spent the fore part of the week here visiting at the home of Bell Leavitt. Howard Burgess of Mesquite was here the latter part of the week plastering J. L. Bowler's store. Club was held at the home of Pres. Rose Leavitt on Wednesday. Lunch was served to nine members mem-bers and one guest. Mr. and Mrs. Jacob M. Jones and family of Provo spent Saturday Satur-day visiting at the home of' Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hunt. Mr. and Mrs. Angus Jones made a business trip to Enterprise Friday. Fri-day. Mrs. Joe Neilsen and father made a business trip to St. George Wednesday. Von Hunt of Lagandale spent some time here visiting Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Holt made a business trip to St. George Friday. Fri-day. Rodney Leavitt has returned home from St. George where he has been visiting his sister,. Mrs. Iliff Andrus. Miss Mary Leavitt of St. George visited at the home of Mrs. F. J. Pulsipher Friday. Miss Shirley Davis has returned to her home at Pioche. Miss Rose Leavitt has been on the sick list this week. Bishop Bowler was a visitor at St. George on Friday. F. J. Pulsipher is home from Logandale for a few days. Mrs. Cleone Pulsipher of Bunkerville came home with him to visit for a few days. H. E. Jones of St. George was visiting here Friday. Mr. and Mrs. John A. Hunt and sons spent Saturday in St. George. A number of our young folks attended the dance Friday night at Enterprise. Miss Bernice Holt is visiting at Enterprise. Mrs. John H. Bowler, Mrs. Al Aldrich of Veyo, and Mrs. Ed Adis of California were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mar Bracken Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. McBride and daughter, Gene, of Pleasant Grove, are visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Holt. Sunday evening we had a very good rain. |
