Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications applica-tions have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Uintah County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in USR&M unless otherwise designated. a-11440 (45 879) U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, P.O. Box 25486, Denver, Co. proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 35.0 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 34587. The water was to have been diverted from Jones Hole Creek, at a point S. 42 degrees 50' E. 4910 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 1, T3S, U25E, SLB&M and used for the domestic purposes of 10 families and miscellaneous uses at a fish hatchery building in SE'4NW',4, SW'jNE'm, W,vSE'4 Sec. 1, T3S. R25E, SLB&M. The water has been returned to its natural source, at a point S. 63 degrees 10' E. 2410 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 1, T3S, R25E, SLB&M. Hereafter, 35.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from Jones Hole Creek, at the following points: 1) S. 7281 ft. W. 3558 ft.; 2) S. 7192 ft. W. 3331 ft.; 3) S. 7596 ft. W. 3064 ft.; 4) S. 8058 ft. W. 2876 ft,; 5) S. 8519 ft. W. 2660 ft.; 6) S. 8760 ft. W. 2629 ft.; all from NE Cor. Sec. 1, T3S, R25E, SLB&M (25 mi NE of Vernal); and used for the domestic purposes of 8 families, miscellaneous uses of a fish hatchery in SWijNE'4, NW4SE'4, NE'4SW'4, SE'4NW'4 Sec. 1, T3S, R25E. SLB&M. The water will be returned to its natural source at a point S. 9144 ft. W. 2483 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 1, T3S, R25E, SLB&M. 56192 ( 45-8951) Jasper Lee Felter, 322 Archard Ave., SLC, UT 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6 inch well, 50-150 ft. deep, at a point S. 530 ft. E. 830 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 33, TIN, R1E (2.5 mi SW of Tridell); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 2 horses, 10 cattle, 5 pigs, 25 chickens; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 0.25 acs. in NWUNW'i Sec. 33, TIN, R1E. 56215 (43-8952) Verl Haslem, Star Rt., Neola, UT 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a drain, at a point N. 300 ft. The water will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 by means of an earthfilled dam 4 ft. high creating a res. having a 1.25 ac. ft. capacity inundating inun-dating 0.25 acs. in SEV4NEV4 Sec. 34, TIN, R1W; and used for the fish culture; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation ir-rigation of 0.25 acs. in SE'4NE'4 Sec. 34, TIN, R1W. 56216 (43-8953) Verl Haslem, Star Rt., Neola, UT 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a drain, at a point N. 300 ft.
