Show PRIMARY PARTY Tuesday, Oct. 25, the Primary children of the Mt. Emmons ward, put on their spookiest costumes for a Hallowe'en party, complete with horns, noise-makers, games, refreshments re-freshments and dancing. The Primary Pri-mary officers and teachers furnished fur-nished the cookies, cupcakes, popcorn pop-corn balls, etc. Mrs. Lois LaRose played the piano for the dancing. Joseph T. Bentley and two of his sons joined the Bernard Dastrups for the deer hunt Saturday. Mr. Bentley, a brother-in-law of Mrs. Dastrup, is a professor at the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University in Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph R. Case and their son returned to Salt Lake after getting 3 deer. Joseph Case is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Case of Mt. Emmons. A hunting party consisting of Glade and Edith Timothy, Norma and Lynn Hansen, Glendon and Zola Hamburg, and George and Na-dene Na-dene Berrett, spent four days near Bookcliffs and returned with seven deer, Tuesday. Nile Smith, of Syracuse, his wife and two little girls came to Altamont Alta-mont to spend five days with his folks, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Smith. Also visiting the Hyrum Smiths were Mr. and Mrs. Bert Wall, of Salt Lake, who were overnight guests. |
