Show James E. Bacon Kicked Dy Horse While Loading Deer James E. Bacon suffered a broken brok-en elbow and other painful injuries in-juries last Saturday when he was kicked by a horse while trying to load a deer on its back. He was taken to the Roosevelt LDS Hospital Hos-pital where he remained until Wednesday, Wed-nesday, at which time he was released re-leased to his home. Mr, Bacon and Ted Olpin had killed and dressed out a deer while hunting in the Bookcliffs. As they proceeded to load the deer on a horse, it whirled and kicked Mr. Olpin on the right leg, then again kicked at Mr Bacon. One foot struck him on the left arm and the other hit him in the chest. |
