Show Mrs. Garda Seeley Primary Program Given To Ward The Primary presented the August 2nd Sunday night meeting. meet-ing. The purpose was to' sell Primary and honor its workers. Certificates were presented to officers now serving in Primary. The following program was given: Greetings, by ward Primary Pri-mary president, Mrs. Garda Seeley; the following teachers gave a short lesson and activity activi-ty demonstration. Lois B. Goodrich, Good-rich, of the Guides; Agnes Lar-sen, Lar-sen, for the Co-Pilots; Irene Barrett, Bar-rett, Group II; Lucille Winkler, Trekkers; also the following testimonials, tes-timonials, Why I Am Sold on Primary, LaRee Larsen; How My Investment in Primary Pays Off, by Jennie Goodrich; We Receive Daily Dividends from Primary and Why I Am Reordering, Reor-dering, by Walter Remington. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Benson and family, of California, visited visit-ed last week with Mr. and Mrs. I Owen Goodrich. Mr. Benson and' Mrs. Goodrich are brother and! sister. - j Gilsonite miners and their j families who are unemployed I because of the union strike, are 1 here visiting relatives during the strike: Mr. and Mrs. Ken-j neth Goodrich and son, Mr. and! Mrs. Ernest Winkler and family, fam-ily, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mathews and sons, Mr. and Mrs. Bus Mathews and daughter, and Everett Ev-erett Goodrich. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Gowans and family, of Tooele, visited on Sunday here with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Murray and said hello to old friends. Mrs. Nona Harward, Mrs. Er-dria Er-dria DeVries and daughter, Carol, Car-ol, and Miss Ada Mathews, all of Ogden, are here visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Mathews. Afton Seeley, of Salt Lake City, came after his two children, chil-dren, Jimmy and Floy, who have been visiting relatives here for the past two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hancock brought his parents Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hancock home on Friday. The Martin Hancocks have spent the past two weeks in Salt Lake City and vicinity, visiting. Mrs. Orland Murray and baby 1 son and Richard Oliphant, of Salt Lake City, were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Murray. Members of the Mary Lisoh-bee Lisoh-bee family held a family reunion reun-ion at the Altamont Rodeo grounds on Sunday. |
