Show Sunday School Is Reorganized The Mt. Emmons ward Sunday Sun-day School has been reorganized. reorgan-ized. Those released were Cloyd A. -Powell, Irving Snow and E. W. Crosby. The new superintendent superin-tendent is Lawrence Young, with Lyrad McConkie and David Da-vid Gailey as counselors. Mrs. Dora Bird is having a new home constructed in Alta-mont. Alta-mont. Mrs. Albert Dastrup spent the weekend with the LaFarge and Bernard Dastrup families. Edgar Thayne made a trip to Salt Lake City over the weekend. Mr anH Mrs. Welbv Johnson. of Elsinore, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Hansen and family, Saturday and Sunday of last week. Mrs. Devetta Stewart and Mrs Joyce Peterson and two children, of Provo, spent several days with Mrs. Edgar Holder. Mrs. Stewart, a former resident of Myton, is a sister to the late Mr. Holder. ' Mr. and Mrs. Dave Carroll and son Tommy were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Demoines Anderson of Altamont. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Hansen and children went to Salt Lake over Sunday and Monday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse N. Bacon of Redwood City, California were guests at the home of Mr. Mrs. Johnny Lambert and family last Tuesday. Mrs. Kelly Sprouse and three children of Roosevelt spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Case and family. Mr. and Mrs. Less Orr re turned home from a ten-day trip to California on Sunday night. They accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Pete Nielsen of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Kirk Merkley and family of Salt Lake City were in Altamont last weekend, to visit relatives and to attend the Osborne reunion on Wolf Creek Pass over Friday, Saturday Satur-day and Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Thacker and Mr. and Mrs. Leland Stevenson were also al-so at the reunion. |
