Show i Gusher Frances Semken Mrs. Mary Keen, daughter of Mrs. Vonnie Dahlberg, and grandson, Lomar Dahlberg, went to Salt Lake on Tuesday, where Mrs. Keen received medical med-ical care. Mrs. Eva Rushton acted act-ed as postmistress while they were away. Marcalene Walker, of Long Beach, Calif., called at the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Albert Al-bert Semken one day last week. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Price, of Ogden, visited with the Joe Arnolds Ar-nolds on Thursday. They came to attend the U.B.I.C. at Roosevelt. Roose-velt. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Goodman Good-man and children, June and Ronald, and Mr. and Mrs. Garn Bodily spent the weekend visiting visit-ing their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Bodily. Earl Keen and two' sons, Robert Rob-ert and Larry, of Salt Lake City, were weekend visitors of his mother, Mrs. Mary Keen. Mr. and Mrs. Victor Kanuebe, of the Haskell Institute, at Lawrence, Law-rence, Kansas, was a guest speaker at the Baptist church on Sunday morning. Mrs. Mildred Long and baby daughter, Kathleen, of Vernal, were dinner guests on Thursday at her parents' home, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Duvall, celebrating her father's birthday. Mrs. Robina Ferguson and Mr. and Mrs. William Blanch-ard Blanch-ard went to Boise, Idaho' last week to visit relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Alex Duvall visited vis-ited one evening last week at the Ray Barney home in Leota. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Covington Cov-ington and daughters, Carolyn and Shirley, from Wyoming, are here visiting her mother, Mrs. Elsie Domgaard, and family and other, relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Virg Creviston spent last week in Provo' with relatives. |
