Show Receives High Mod Dr. Phyllis C. Southwick, Bountiful City Council-woman, Council-woman, was among three Utahns honored recently tor their distinguished service in the field of human services. DR. SOUTHWICK, who is an associate professor of the University of Utah Graduate School of Social Work, was cited by Dr. Rex. A. Skid-more, Skid-more, professor and former dean of the school, for her community, professional and personal services. Dr. Southwick was honored at a luncheon during the Western West-ern Regional Training Conference Confer-ence of the American Public Welfare Association and the Utah State Conference on Human Hu-man Services.
