Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 29th day of March, 1983, at 10:00a.m. at the North Main Entrance, Courts and County Offices, Farmington, Utah, County of Davis, by Bryan W. Cannon, as Trustee and Peoples Mortgage Company, Com-pany, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Ricky D. Voss and Terry L. Voss, as Trustors, recorded March 10, 1980, as Entry No. 559443 in Book 816 at Page 77 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness inde-btedness in favor of Peoples Mortgage Company, original Beneficiary, by reason of certain cer-tain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded November 29, 1982, as Entry No. 627475 in 921 at Page 1014, of Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction au-ction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encumbr-ances, the following described property at 550 North 650 West, Clearfield, Utah 84105: All of Lot 146 GREEN HILL ACRES SUBDIVISION PLAT "C", Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof, recorded re-corded in the office of the Davis County Recorder. Re-corder. for the purpose of paying obligations obli-gations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, Trus-tee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
