Show Death Calls Tarvel L. Laursen Tarvel L. Laursen, 49, died at his home here Wednesday morning following fol-lowing an illness of eight months. Mr. Laursen was born in Oarhuse, Denmark, September 23, 1886, coming' com-ing' to the United States with his parents at the age of four years, and settling in Nebraska, later moving mov-ing to Salt Lake City. He was the son of H. A. and Petrua Laursen. Mr. Laursen came to American Fork 30 years ago, where he has made his home ever since, following the trade of blacksmithlng. He was married to Millie Padfield, December Decem-ber 1, 1911. Surviving are his widow and six children, Mrs. Virginia Warnick, Everett, Ev-erett, Tom, Ruth, Norma and Dorothy Dor-othy Laursen; two grandchildren, Christine and Leo Warnick, all of American Fork, and the following brothers and sisters: Hans A. Laursen, Laur-sen, Bill Laursen, American Fork; Everett Laursen, Pleasant Grove; Ed. Laursen, Helper; Mrs. Violet Pace, Provo; Mrs. Da Williams, Vineyard; Mrs. Esther Williams, Hill City, Idaho, and George Laursen. Laur-sen. Los Angeles, California. Funeral services will be conducted conduct-ed Monday at 2 p. m. in the Second ward chapel. Friends may call at the family home prior to funeral services. Interment will be in the city cemetery. |
