Show o Blaine Swenson and Lee Peterson made a business trip to southern Utah Saturday and Sunday. Mrs. Eliza Banks, is visiting at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. J. Cordner of Orem. The officers of the Timpanogos stake Primary board were guests of Mrs. Rose Radmall Friday afternoon of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Conway Jones of Tooele, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Theobald Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Morgan of Salt Lake City, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Richards, Saturday. Mrs. Tim Richards of Eureka, was a week-end visitor with relatives here. Miss Leah Smiith was a week-end visitor with Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Stewart at Vineyard. Vem Cullimore and Miss Leah Smith attended an employees meeting meet-ing of the Dixon-Taylor-Russell Co. at Provo, Monday evening. Vern Freeman of this city, formerly form-erly employed by the Ampco Service Station, has joined the Navy and his company will leave soon for the Hawaiian Islands. Daniel and Samuel Smith who are employed in Salt Lake City, spent Decoration Day with their mother, Mrs. LaRue Smith. Miss Fern Weeks entertained Sunday af ternoon at a trouseau tea. About 100 ladies called during the afternoon. Miss Weeks will wed Vilace Radmall in the near future. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Nelson and eleven children, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Johnson and two children of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Steggell and six children of Provo, and Mr. and Mrs. Al Frederick of American Fork, were guests of Mrs. Christena Steggell. They motored to Provo canyon in the afternoon and returned to the Steggell home for a picnic luncheon in the late afternoon. |
