Show PI Grove News Mrs. Ida Colledge of Lehi has , been visiting the past week with her mother, Mrs. Annie Holman. m Wednesday Mrs. Holman and Colledge were guests of Mrs. Ora Chipman of American Fork. Cards are out announcing the coming marriage of Miss Genevieve . Fugal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Jens P. Fugal, and Harold M. Wright j son of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum I. ; Wright, which will take place in the Salt Lake Temple June 17. A wedding wed-ding reception will be held in then-honor then-honor June 18 in the Third ward amusement hall, to which 250 guests are invited. President and Mrs. W. W. War-nick War-nick and son, Lee, and daughter, Helen, spent the week-end visiting . with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Meecham, at Hiawatha, Utah. Bishop and Mrs. L. M. Atwocd and ; son, Dan, visited with their daughter, daugh-ter, Marvel, and new grandson at McGill, Nevada, from Friday until , Tuesday of the past week. i Mrs. Jasper Eves and two children have been visiting with her mother and other relatives in Carbon coun- ; ty the past week. Ml-, and Mrs. David' Gourley and Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Swenson are rejoicing over the arrival of their ; first grandchild this week. The , parents are Mr. and Mrs. George Gourley. The mother and san are i at the Crane Maternity hospital in Provo. Miss Irene Warnick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Warnick, is visiting this week with her grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. C. P. Warnick, and her aunt, Miss Effie Warnick, at Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Warnick were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Wadley Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Dickerson attended at-tended the commencement exercises of the U. S.:a. C. at Logan Saturday and Sunday. Their son, Wesley, was among the graduates. David Williamson was also among the graduates. MT. Dickerson is spending spend-ing a two weeks' vacation with his family. He is employed in railroad work at Nephi. Mrs. James Cullimore of Chicago, is visiting this week with her husband's hus-band's parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Cullimore. , Mrs. Owen Cullimore of New York, is visiting indefinitely with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Sundberg. Her husband intends to come to Utah later in the year and they will return to New York together. Reef Wadley, son of Mrs. J. D. Wadley, who has been teaching school in Nevada the past season, is spending his vacation with his mother. Lee Peterson, Erving Johnson, H. P. Jones and J. C. Kindred, representing repre-senting the Chamber of Commerce, motored to Camp Williams at Jordan. Jor-dan. Narrows. They secured the services of their military band for our Strawberry Day celebration. George Foutz of Salt Lake .City was a . guest of relatives here on Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Overlade and family of Salt Lake City, were guests Memorial Day of Mrs. Overlade's mother, Mrs. Mary Weeks. It is interesting to note that James Ballinger delivered one of the first Memorial Day addresses at the Pleasant Grove cemetery. This was when the late Bishop Brown, was bishop here. F. S.
