Show Courts busy with DUI cases m Police Report The Park City Police blotter for the past seven days shows that fall is not the busy time of the year. But the 5th Circuit Court calendar was full of sentencings for DUIs. On Sept. 23, Beverly Dickson reported the theft of her backpack from her car while it was parked at Alpha Beta. No description or value is listed for the missing pack. Also on Sept. 23, Rocky Collins of Collins Construction reported the theft of a 32-foot aluminum ladder from a construction site at the Ridgepoint condominiums in upper Deer Valley. The ladder is valued at $185. Al Coelho reported the theft of $600 in roofing materials Sept. 20. , The materials were taken from a construction. site in the American Flag project in Deer Valley. In addition, this week the Park City Ci-ty Police made one arrest for DUI. 5th Circuit Court Scott Howard Knaack, 1028 Snow Country, Park City, pleaded guilty to DUI Sept. 11 in Judge Frank G. Noel's 5th Circuit Court. He was fin ed a total of $484 and sentenced to two days of community service. Greg O'Hara, P.O. Box 4083, Park City, pleaded guilty to DUI Sept. 11 in 5th Circuit Court. He was fined a total of $484 and sentenced to 30 days in jail. The jail sentence will be suspended upon payment of the fine. He was ordered to serve two days of community service. O'Hara was placed on six months' probation. Ron Hugh Oliver, P.O. Box 3032, Park City, pleaded guilty Sept. 11 in , 5th Circuit Court to cultivation of t marijuana, and possession of, a con- trolled'substarice.IIe was'Tiried $200"" placed on six months' probation and ordered to serve 25 hours community communi-ty service. Jonathan Dedino, 834 W. 400 South St., Vernal, pleaded guilty to DUI Sept. 11 in 5th Circuit Court. He was fined a total of $425 and sentenced to two days of community service.
