Show Shakespearean Festival brochure now available Utah Shakespearean Festival Fes-tival 1984 season brochures are circulating this month to a mail audience of approximately approxi-mately 15,000. Extended by audience demand for an additional 15 performances, next summer's season runs from July 12 through Sept. 1 on the campus of Southern Utah State College, ' Cedar City. Scheduled productions include "The Tempest," "Troilus and Cressida" and "The Taming of the Shrew" as well as musical matinee productions of "The Queen's Feste." Continuing Festival tradition, tradi-tion, the three plays will be performed in repertory, one play per night Mondays through Saturdays. The production pro-duction schedule is arranged to allow audiences to attend all three plays in two days by including matinees. All evening even-ing productions will be staged in the Adams Memorial Memo-rial Shakespearean Theatre. The season brochure offers prospective audiences festival festi-val information including a complete calendar for ever day of the season, a campus map, guides to peripheral festival activities including seminars, tours, art exhibits and Renaissance Faire, short synopses of the three Shakespearean Shakes-pearean plays being presented present-ed and an introduction to the greenshow as well as complete com-plete ticket information and order form. The box office is now accepting ticket orders by mail for the 1984 season; the orders are processed according accord-ing to postmark. The box office of-fice will be open for telephone ticket orders beginning in April, and by window beginning in June.
