At least it did last Friday for the second graders at Parley's Park Elementary School. As part of an ongoing series of special presentations, presen-tations, city equipment operator Chuck Dews was invited to bring a road grader to class. The students were fascinated. Dews explained some of the tasks he and his grader were asked to perform last winter and then he fielded questions from a number of enthusiastic students. "Do you have to wear a seat belt?" "Can you build sand castles with it?" "Is it dangerous?" they asked. Dews thoughtfully answered an-swered each question. When the class ended he climbed f up into the driver's seat and 5 drove away under the watch- ful eye of several young ad- mirers. The students have also in- q terviewed an interior designer and a private detective.
