(614) Aqua Aerobics Prospector Athletic Club is offering a new class designed to provide a workout without stressing joints or causing shin spints. Using the natural resistance of the water against muscles, the workout will strengthen and tone much like weight training does. The class incorporates stretching, strengthening and toning, aerobics and a cool-down. Class times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3-4 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 9-10 a.m. Members and non-members non-members are welcome. (628) Weight training ' Scott Siemon at the Prospector Athletic Club will offer a weight training class called the Super Circuit. It incorporates working out at each station in the new Universal Weight Room, followed by an aerobic station, such as the Aerobicycle, rebounder or jump rope. You get a complete workout in 30 to 45 minutes, and it's aerobic as well as strengthening. This is the most efficient form of exercise possible.
