And Sometimes business relationships change too. Food For Thought, a convenience store located at the Resort Center, is no different, as owner Tim Mertens hired a new store manager recently. . . Tim Polychronis took the position May 28, replacing Kyle Welch. Polychronis said he brings 15 years of grocery business experience to his new job. His family owned the Mount Air Market. Polychronis said his duties at Food For Thought cover the entire spectrum from running the store, to ordering, buying and pricing. He originally became involved in-volved with the store in December, he said, when he completely reorganized it for Mertens. |
