Show Stein Eriksen Lodge sells out Phase I condos The Stein Eriksen Lodge at Silver Lake has announced that all 31 condominium units in Phase I of the development have been sold and five of 23 units in Phase II (presently under construction) construc-tion) have been presold. Phase II consists of 23 two-, three-, and four-bedroom condominiums, ranging in price from $700,000 to $1.2 million. The second phase is progressing on schedule, with plans for completion Nov. 30, 1984. This will bring the total number of units to 54. The Stein Eriksen Lodge has been developed, designed, financed, constructed con-structed and managed by local companies. F.S. (Rick) Prince, Jr. of Park City and Paul M. Dougan of Salt Lake City developed the project. Financing was provided by First Security Realty Services Ser-vices of Salt Lake City. The well-known architectural firm of Boyd A. Blackner & Associates designed the Lodge and Cannon Construction Construc-tion served as the general contractor. The interior design for both the commercial commer-cial area and the condominium con-dominium units was done by Mary Anne Designs of Park City and the management company for the hotel division is Tower Management, also oi fark City. Phase I of the project was completed Dec. 15, 1982, wiih 31 condominium units and 34,304 square feet of commercial com-mercial and common area; two restarants (the Birkebeiner and the Glitretind Gourmet Room); a health spa with year-round outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise and massage rooms; liquor store, gift shop, sports shop, boutique, administrative offices of-fices and underground parking. All condominium owners have the option to rent their units through Tower Management Company. Each condominium unit consists con-sists of a one-bedroom suite and one, two or three lockout bedrooms. All units feature designer furnishings, imported import-ed fabrics, oversized whirlpool bathtubs, a fully-equipped fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace in the living room and in the master bedroom, and outdoor out-door deck. The Stein Eriksen Lodge is a full service hotel, providing pro-viding the creature comforts com-forts such as daily maid service, ser-vice, room service, daily newspaper and concierge service. This summer the Lodge will offer special packages to residents of Salt Lake City and Park City for a fraction of the winter rates. The Stein Eriksen Lodge is open for summer dining, serving lunch and dinner in the Glitretind Gourmet Room and Sunday brunch in the Birkebeiner Restaurant. The Lodge is also available for private banquets, weddings, wed-dings, and receptions. |
