Show Gibson appeals Former Park City developer Monty Gibson has appealed his antitrust anti-trust case against the city to federal circuit court. The city's attorney, at-torney, Stewart Hanson, told the Record Wednesday he had been notified that Gibson's attorneys had filed an appeal with the Federal Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit Cir-cuit in Denver. Gibson's anti-trust case has been dismissed by Judge David Winder on April 30. Gibson filed suit in 1981 alleging that Park City Corp., the Park City Ski Area and the Park City Village project had conspired together to frustrate his Cornice hotel project because it was a competitive com-petitive threat. Winder threw the case out on "summary judgment" a declaration dec-laration that no significant issues of fact were shown in the evidence. |
