CAPITAL IS PLEDGED FOR SUGAR FACTORY. Springville, Jan. 6. Capital for the erection of a sugar factory in Springville Spring-ville was pledged this afternoon by tho Knight Investment company, provid ing the farmers of the vicinity would sign contracts to raise a certain acreage acre-age of beets each year. In view of the fact that machinery necessary for the new sugar plant will not be available this year, the erection P'' of the factory will not take place until un-til 1918. It was said, however, that the plant would be completed in time to handle the 1918 business. I
