It is reported that many people living liv-ing outside tho city are not aware that the law regarding turning to Uie right is strictly enforced in the city, and, because of that, confusion follows Councilman Austin made the statement state-ment at tho council meeting that there are many in the city who drive on the wrong side of the road. on |
