Show FORGIVEN FOR GOING TO YALE New Haven, Conn., Juno 16. Charles L. Bangs, a wealthy New York lawyer, has sent word to his son, Charles L. Bangs, Jr., that he has been forgiven for going to Yale. The father will come here to see his son get a diploma next week. For generations gener-ations the Bangses were Yale men, hut Mr. Bangs quarreled with tho faculty over alt examination and went to Columbia, from which college ho was graduated in 1SS2. When his son insisted on coming to Yale, he refused re-fused assistance and the Yalo men in the family saw the boy through. Young Bangs was so deeply affected affect-ed over the reconciliation that ho has consented to go to the Columbia law school. |
