Lochhcad, et al, by guardian ad litem, was overruled over-ruled and ten days givon to answer. ans-wer. Consideration of the demurrer In the case of L R. Ecclos against W. S Hamilton, et al. was passed Indefinitely. In-definitely. Five days were given to file legal briefs on tho demurrer in the suit of Joseph Kuhn against J. E. Davou-port, Davou-port, et al. Demurrers In tho case of Ogden City against W. G. Wilson and, also against Orson Badger, et al, were overruled over-ruled and ten days given to answer. The court continued hearing on the demurrer In tho caso of J. W Overton Over-ton against F. A. Mngulre et al, until Juno 10, and tho same action was taken tak-en In the ca9e of Abe Rose vs. S. E. Alvord et al. Consideration of the motion to re-tax re-tax costs in the divorce proceedings of Sarah A, S. Hudson against John Hudson was continued until Juno 19. The attorneys were given flvo days In which to prepare and file legal briefs on a motion for new trial and to relax costs In the case of Jesse Richards vs. Oregon Short Line. The demurrer interposed In the suit of the Consolidated Wagon & Machine Ma-chine company against A. Beckstead was overruled and thirty days given to answer. In the matter of tho estate of W. L. Mnginnis, deceased, the petition for probate of will and for letters testamentary tes-tamentary was granted. The petition for letters of administration adminis-tration in the estate of J. N. Stephens, Steph-ens, deceased, will not be heard until Juno 23. It was so ordered by the court. In the matter of the estate of Sarah A. Lowe, deceased, the petition for the sale of real estate and personal property was granted. |
