Show LEWIS WINS IN FISH i CASE i The case of tho Ogden Valley Trout & Resort company against T. J Lewis yesterday afternoon was concluded In Judge Harris' court and the Jury ron-dered ron-dered a vordlct of "no cause of notion." no-tion." The caso had been on trial during dur-ing tho major part of the week and was stubbornly fought on tho part of the defendant. It will be recalled that tho action was brought to recover $2,000 alleged to he due on a certnln promissory note given In payment lor certain stock of the plaintiff company. The defendant contended that Joseph Jos-eph Barker, of the plaintiff company, misrepresented conditions and induced induc-ed the defendant to purchase the stock Mr. Lewis testified that Barker told him the company was on a paying basis and that the enterprise was backed by David Fcclcs and other prominent and substantial business men of this community, and that tho stock he was selling was treasury stock of tho company which was being sold for the purpose of making certain permanent and vnluable Improvements.
